01Who we are

Thresh Labs LLC (“Thresh Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Missouri limited liability company that designs and builds consumer software.

02Commitments across every product

Every Thresh Labs product is built to these commitments, and each product’s own privacy policy builds on them:

• We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We never ask for your bank login credentials.
• Service providers work only on our behalf. The companies that help us run our products process information to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.
• You stay in control of your information. You can access, correct, and delete it. Each product explains how, and you can always reach us at support@threshlabs.com.
• We don’t use your information to give financial advice.
• Our products are for adults. They aren’t directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

03This website

threshlabs.com is an information page. It has no accounts and no forms, sets no cookies, and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. When you visit, two kinds of technical data are processed:

• Hosting. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser details — to deliver and secure the site.
• Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Google’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

If you email us, we receive your message and email address and use them only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Each product’s privacy policy describes exactly what it collects, how it’s used and stored, which service providers process it, how long it’s kept, and how to delete it.

The Thresh Paycheck waitlist is run on the Thresh Paycheck website and is covered by its privacy policy. When we launch a new product, we’ll add its privacy policy here before it becomes available to the public.

05Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting support@threshlabs.com.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

06Children’s privacy

This website and our products are not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@threshlabs.com and we will delete it.

07International visitors

Thresh Labs operates in the United States. If you visit this website or use our products from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our company and products grow. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Changes to a product’s own privacy policy are handled as that policy describes.
